 Post subject: Email Scan cannot be turned on

Why would the Email Scan cannot be turned on, even the option "Run when Windows starts (Recommended) is checked (enabled) ? Please help.

Hello,

I am sorry for the delay.

Can you please send us the Email Scan log to us? Go to Tools--Log Viewer--Email Scan (in the left pane of Log Viewer), and then click Export. Send the exported Email Scan log to us for analysis.
